UPDATE: Terra Cluster Available (5/12)

UPDATE (11:02am 5/12): The Terra cluster is now available. Batch job scheduling has resumed.

UPDATE (5:33pm 5/11): Terra will remain unavailable until Friday morning for further testing of the parallel filesystems and OmniPath cluster interconnect. IBM support determined that there was one unrecoverable file on the general filesystem (which provides the home and software directories) and one unrecoverable file on the scratch filesystem. Unfortunately, we were not able to determine the name or directory location of these two lost files. Users are urged to check their data for any abnormalities. Our apologies for any impact to user data and for the extended unavailability of the Terra cluster. Thank for your continued patience.

UPDATE (4:19pm 5/10): Terra will remain unavailable while we continue working with IBM support to investigate and fix the issues with the parallel filesystems. Our apologies for the delays and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE (4:41pm 5/9): The maintenance for Terra will be extended, possibly into tomorrow. We are currently investigating some issues with the parallel filesystems. Our apologies for the delays and thank you for your patience.

Original Announcement: The Terra cluster will unavailable from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday, May 9th. Software and hardware maintenance will be performed during this downtime. Jobs will not be scheduled if they will overlap with this maintenance window.
