UPDATE: Network problem for eos1/eos2 login nodes

The Eos login nodes (eos1.tamu.edu and eos2.tamu.edu) are currently experiencing problems with their connections on the TAMU Data Intensive Network (DIN) which provides 10 gigabit ethernet connectivity. The network group is expecting to repair the problem this evening (Friday May 4th). Please monitor the following Keystone ticket for updates:


The other Eos login nodes (eos3, eos4, and eos5) are unaffected. Please ssh directly to one of these login nodes until the problem is resolved.
