Free Student Lunch and Learn: Discover ANSYS Multiphysics Simulation

Date/Time: Monday, October 31st, 2016 from Noon to 1:30 PM
Location: Texas A&M University - Mechanical Engineering Office Building (MEOB) - Room 301

Come and join us on Monday, October 31st, 2016 from Noon to 1:30 PM for a FREE LUNCH and LEARN on ANSYS Multiphysics Simulation

ANSYS tools can be used to simulate single physics like Fluid Dynamics or Structural dynamics, but can also be combined to simulate complex Multiphysics processes.

During this Lunch and Learn you will learn about single physics simulations and how multiple physics, as well as their interactions, can be simulated inside a single environment.

ANSYS tools and training are available freely and on-demand.

In this workshop, we will discuss:

  • Why, as young engineers, simulation skills are key to boosting your career
  • Free student resources to help with your projects (i.e., free on-demand MOOCs and tutorials)
  • Inspiring simulation examples from students, student teams and innovative companies like SpaceX or HyperloopOne
  • We will showcase: simulations of a complete smart watch, wind turbines, medical applications like an atrioventricular valve, and more!
